Picnic Bar 

The Pride of Michigan is a popular and beautiful dating spot located just at the edge of Michigan along the Great lakes that border Canada. The area was formerly used for naval training. Among the highlights of the Pride of Michigan is the Picnic Bar. 

The Picnic Bar is open three times a week, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The Pride of Michigan is a prime location for picnic lovers. The well cut grass lands that stretche along the lake is a fine spot to spread a picnic blanket. The open clean air, the pretty flowers, birds and the breath taking large lake all make the spot a very good dating location. The Picnic Bar was created to add to the flavor and to offer well needed services to to those who visit. The picnic bar serves sandwiches, other forms of snacks, barbecue (on Saturday), beer and other cold drinks. 

Sometimes a local band is on location at the Picnic Bar to churn out sweet melodies to the delight of the people around. The Picnic Bar is really a large hut with a thatched roof to keep out rain and sun and open walls to give clear views of the lake and surrounding scenery. There are tables and chairs scattered around the large hut for those who wish to sit and relax there. Once we hosted a group of 30 couples from an ebony dating site. For couples who prefer to picnic alone, they can make there purchases and take it away on a picnic basket that come along with a picnic blanket.
